At NN Eesha Creations, we have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged during courier transit.

To claim a return for a damaged product:

• You must record a clear opening video of the courier box showing the damage.
• Share the video with us via WhatsApp at +91 8886919997 immediately after delivery.
• The claim must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Without an opening video, damage claims will not be accepted.
